Finding The Perfect Fit

What do hiring managers look for in a good candidate? The right qualifications? A good cultural fit? Of course, but at Sentient we believe the qualities of the perfect candidate transcend normal search parameters. It's the intangibles that set the "rock stars" apart from everyone else. Recruiting is, to a certain extent, an intuitive practice. Being in tune with the needs of our clients as well as prospective candidates is what creates the perfect match. We're not just looking for a number of good candidates, we're looking for the perfect one. ​

 

How do we do it? It starts with original research. Our proprietary Name Generation technique ensures that every potential candidate at each target company is identified and vetted and no one falls through the cracks. We don't just leverage this research to pitch a job. It's about building relationships. A positive candidate experience benefits everyone. We focus on representing our clients positively and enthusiastically in the marketplace, which in turn, generates enthusiasm and interest in potential candidates resulting in better referrals and a greater willingness to explore an opportunity.
